.......why would it have been necessary to add the changed wording in the new lease? Maybe the change in wording is the result of Seacrets writing the new lease and sending it to OPA for their review and signature. If I remember correctly that's what was occurring with the proposed 99-year, in that Seacrets wrote the lease and sent it to OPA for their signature. Who wrote the new lease? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, if you can show me in the November 1, 2008 lease the WORDS "all that certain property," I'll buy you dinner. The words Marty, the words. If the new lease contains those words it is a change in the wording of the prior lease. Given some are contending the old lease unequivocally covered Seacrets parking use of the entire property (even wetlands) why would it have been necessary to add the changed wording in the new lease? And why are you still discussing this? |
