I know you can't stand it, but let's address the facts for a change. Hummm, you make the above statement and then proceed to offer nothing but your opinion. The lease relationship Ocean Pines Association, Inc. enjoys with Seacrets is a great deal for the Ocean Pines membership. (your OPINION) Marty, you were saying the exact same thing when the money received by OPA was well below market value for the parking... according to OPA's own consultant. You also wanted to do the 99-year lease and defended the idea vigorously here on the forum. You know far better than most in Ocean Pines that Seacrets REALLY NEEDS our parking. BTW, every one of our old lease agreements that I have seen are accompanied by an exhibit which depicts the entire property. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: I know you can't stand it, but let's address the facts for a change. The lease relationship Ocean Pines Association, Inc. enjoys with Seacrets is a great deal for the Ocean Pines membership. The only noticeable difference between the existing lease arrangement and no lease agreement is an amount of assessment dollars in the neighborhood of $75,000.00 a year. BTW, every one of our old lease agreements that I have seen are accompanied by an exhibit which depicts the entire property. Marty
