From using a parking lot only to now having the ability to apparent fill in land for other uses. It gives them more land to use. Whether the new lease would allow Seacrets to proceed with such a fill-in project is something I don't know, however it would seem far fatched based on only a five year time span. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Since no one has apparently seen the lease, what is the factual basis for this comment? From using a parking lot only to now having the ability to apparent fill in land for other uses. It gives them more land to use. Last year OPA was going to give the land to Seacrets for 99-years for some unknown reason(s). OPA didn't even know what they had but they were ready to give it away. OPA had been leasing their parking lot for years. However since not being successful obtaining a lifetime lease, OPA has now given more in this lease then just parking. Figure it out. Who benefits? This issue isn't about Seacrets. It's about a lease. The lease could be between OPA and John Doe as far as anyone cares. And nobody should fault any business owner for trying to get the best deal for himself or his business. Is it possible the lease was improved for OPA? Are you dreaming? |
