Marty, you were saying the exact same thing when the money received by OPA was well below market value for the parking... according to OPA's own consultant. You also wanted to do the 99-year lease and defended the idea vigorously here on the forum. You know far better than most in Ocean Pines that Seacrets REALLY NEEDS our parking.

BTW, every one of our old lease agreements that I have seen are accompanied by an exhibit which depicts the entire property.

Perhaps you should read the WORDS of the last agreement. Les Purcell told me at the last board meeting, after looking at the lease, that it was for parking use only. Was Les wrong?
