That "ability" is not a given, rather a possibility. As did you, "In a nutshell there is a distinct possibility the property can be filled, just as many other properties in the same area have been filled over the years." It would require obtaining various permits and doing the work. No kidding. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: From using a parking lot only to now having the ability to apparent fill in land for other uses. It gives them more land to use. Whether the new lease would allow Seacrets to proceed with such a fill-in project is something I don't know, however it would seem far fatched based on only a five year time span. |
