Here is another qualified opinion for you to stew on. The board blew a world class opportunity by not allowing our membership to vote by referendum on the 99 year lease. Then, and only then, we would have been able to quote the opinion of the majority. Marty Marty....I am ABSOLUTELY MYSTIFIED as to just why you did and still do think that the membership would have fallen for such a goofy idea.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "you make the above statement and then proceed to offer nothing but your opinion" With over forty years real estate experience in the Ocean City market place it is a qualified opinion at the very least.
