For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That "ability" is not a given, rather a possibility. As did you, "In a nutshell there is a distinct possibility the property can be filled, just as many other properties in the same area have been filled over the years." It would require obtaining various permits and doing the work. No kidding. |
