The meat and potatoes of the proposed lease currently being negotiated are not all that different from past agreements. Reading posts on the Forum it appears in the past some leases restricted the use for parking only, but other leases, such as the new one, allow for uses besides parking. Parking only or whatever you want to do with the property seems to be different to me. |
