For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If OPA renegotiates an already existing lease to increase the rent, you don't think that is an improvement? It sounds like any increase in the rent however slight would satisfy you and/or OPA? If I remember correctly we're talking about a $35,000 lease, not $350,000. Chump change. |
