can and does use its bayside property 365 days of the year for overflow parking Marty, why tell an association member "ignorance is bliss" with regard to OPA using the bayside property 365 days a year? Then again, perhaps there is something going on at the Beach Club the member is not aware of that requires OPA use of our overflow parking when the Beach Club is closed for 8 months or so of the year.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bob: "its not ours to use 365" "Ignorance is bliss"! The Ocean Pines Association, Inc. can and does use its bayside property 365 days of the year for overflow parking as allowed in our lease agreement with Seacrets for the past eighteen years. Marty |
