Joe: In spite of what many may think, I have a full time business that takes some priority over my very lucrative position on the board of directors for Ocean Pines. That said, I have not yet seen the executed agreement. BTW, by executed I mean signed by the OPA as well as Seacrets. Marty |

Didn't you VOTE at the last board meeting to allow the president to sign a lease reviewed and approved by the board? Was the president authorized to change the terms of the lease? |
