"Ignorance is bliss"! Marty, Guilty as charged. Its not bliss, really, Its just that sometimes I tend to talk from the top of my head without knowing what's hap'nin' down in the weeds, so to speak. Now, the next example is certainly not IGNORANCE. Its something else; assuming of course you are referring to an existing EXECUTED AGREEMENT. Your message implies that one exists and you haven't had the opportunity to peruse it. Joe: In spite of what many may think, I have a full time business that takes some priority over my very lucrative position on the board of directors for Ocean Pines. That said, I have not yet seen the executed agreement. BTW, by executed I mean signed by the OPA as well as Seacrets. If an executed agreement does not exist, then I'll just assume that "Ignorance is Bliss"! vis a vis sentence construction. Bob |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bob: "its not ours to use 365" "Ignorance is bliss"! The Ocean Pines Association, Inc. can and does use its bayside property 365 days of the year for overflow parking as allowed in our lease agreement with Seacrets for the past eighteen years. Marty |
