Let's see, you say the approximately additional ten thousand dollars (according to Tom Stauss in the Progess) is "being collected for the encroachment." If what you say is accurate, then OPA is receiving no additional funds for the actual parking over and above the what the prior lease provided. |

I stated the following which is "absolutely correct": "The new lease and the old lease both encompassed the entire property and both restricted the use to parking only.
