Show one example of "despite all the claims to the contrary by Marty Clark ". I have never made any such claim. Never! Let's see, you say you never made any such claim. Well, your "claim" in reference is that OPA leased the entire bayside property to Seacrets, not just the parking area. The terms of the lease reference "the parking area hereby leased." Ooops, maybe I'm overlooking something. Did OPA lease Seacrets parking rights on the "wetlands?" That would be interesting. How many reasonable people with no horse in the race would visit the site, lease in hand, and come to the conclusion the lease included parking rights on wetlands? Then again, knowing how OPA operates, nothing is impossible or beyond what a reasonable person might expect. |
