Rick, you really are a complete flake. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. And calling people names isn't going to change things. As the member on the BOD who was pushing the 99-year lease, I didn't expect you to say anything other than the renegotiated lease was great. One board member took great pride in a clause in the new contract saying if the lease was not renewed at some point then Seacrets would have to remove the encroaching structures. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick: "Seacrets is the real and only winner in the 2010 lease renegotiation" I guess you did not get the memo about all of the free drinks and food for the Board. Rick, you really are a complete flake. Marty |
