For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The OPA initiated the renegotiation of the lease, not Seacrets. Marty, That's what I've been saying and questioning as to why would/should OPA renegotiate a 2008 lease in 2010 in which the lessee is the beneficiary? Rick |
