You say that a closed YC and golf course would be a turn off to future prospective home buyers. I agree. But so would a chart of the assessment increases necessary to support those two plus the pool losses in their ever increasing downward spiral. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: site the cost to each individual lot for the big three (Golf, Yacht Club and Aquatics) is $146.21 each plus an additional $296.00 in capital expenses in the new budget for next year. Pretty soon we will be talking about real money Marty, 146.21 plus 296,00 divided by 8440 is 8.50 per week . You got to pay for your play. I want to come down here with a YC that does not stink when you go into the front doors and a golf course that you can play on if you chose to. If I was to go to OP with a realtor and they should me a park where there used to be a golf course and a YC that was shuttered, I would run like hell out of there. That is my opinion and I can hardly wait for the rebuttals. Bill |
