That info shows its even worse than I was thinking. Yet very few comments here are addressing that cost aspect. More light should be cast upon that aspect, which seems to be hidden, lurking in the background.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: For example, when the $30 rise is in effect, for sequential years, it would rise to $60, then $90 , then $120 in each successive year, each year loaded on top of the prior year's increase. When in effect? About $100 is already in effect and the board will probably vote another $25 toward the 5-year plan in the budget for next year. If so, $125 of the assessment will then be devoted to a reserve for renovation or replacement of out major infrastructure. The $125 will then remain constant producing about $1 million per pear every year thereafter unless or until the board drops it. |
