I agree with you. My husband and I had stopped going to the Yacht Club a few years ago because of the poor quality of the food and service. We recently started going there again when we heard that a new chef and new manager really improved the service and quality of the food. We have gone to the Yacht Time a few times now and enjoyed our meals and the service. I hope it keeps up.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Actually, there is a basis to believe things will get better. For the first time in my memory, we have hired a well qualified manager to run an operation like this. He has only been on the job for a couple of months... but I see positive changes at the Club. In my opinion, the food and service are better and there is more variety. It took us 40 years or do to screw it up so a complete change in two months is not possible. Will it get better? I do not know ... but I am willing to give this significant change a chance to work and I have increased my use of the club on that basis. Hope to see you there sometime. Jeff Knepper |
