I do see positive changes... but give me a break. David has been there for 2.5 months.
Projecting the future based on the last 2.5 months makes no sense, especially when the only real numbers of any significance are for one month -- June. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I do see positive changes... but give me a break. David has been there for 2.5 months. Even by your counting (with which I disagree) it took 2 years to screw it up. I just do not understand the thinking that says we can take a serious problem, hire someone with credentials to fix it and then complain that in his 2.5 months on the job here he has not completely fixed it. The point of the 40 year remark is to acknowledge that we have very long memories here and will make fixing anything tough. I have heard a number of people complain about the bad food and then proudly proclaim that they have "not set foot in the place" since the 1990s. One final observation... The numbers always lag the change so even if he had fixed it all in June/July... that would not yet be reflected in the numbers.. Jeff |
