I was having a hard time determining the total amount of the CIP.
That will always be difficult as the CIP is a LD....... a Living Document. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I was having a hard time determining the total amount of the CIP. I did "appreciate" the use of the term "investment". Just like the federal government... Langevin and Collins for the BOD; too many empire builders on the BOD. |
