| When I bought the home in 1987, we would use the Beach club, going there with our then 5 year old. We would purchase a swim club membership and parking pass. However as the association fees increased as did memberships and the parking fee, our perspective became too high a cost for not a significant value. Nonetheless, we kept our home. Neither my wife nor I ever had any interest in golf, tennis or owning a boat. Nonetheless, we continue to keep our home there. Thanks for asking, and maybe you are right, wrong place at this time. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: James, Why did you buy your home in 1987? From your comments, one would assume none of the amenities that existed then were of any value to you. |
