Hi Judy,
Not only did I not have a problem with building a new Yacht Club, over three thousand other property owners felt the same way. I have asked no one to support keeping the golf course. I would support keeping it, and I want our income for the course to increase (significantly) so that the course is much closer to break even operationally. I have said so repeatedly. What I would or would not support has nothing to do with how deep my pockets are. In fact, I was not supporting a new Yacht Club until I took a tour of the old one. After that tour I was convinced we needed a new building. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You seem to have deeper pockets than many of the rest of us. As I remember you had no problem with rebuilding a bigger and better Yacht Club, although the losing numbers could not support doing so. Now you want the rest of us to support the golfing for what--200 or 300 hundred players out of how many thousand residents???? |
