For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Some may actually be paying $10 a round but many more -- especially those who don't live fill time in the Pines -- would pay more. Either way the up front membership fee adds to the bottom line. A successful golf course has both a healthy member base AND outside play. They are not mutually exclusive. |
