In my opinion decisions made without the full examination of the big picture are reckless. It is too early for a referendum without more fact gathering.
Even if we agree, the fact is the by-laws allow association members to petition to referendum, and that is what Steen said he would do if the course is not leased out. I take Steen at his word. I also have little confidence in our board/GM to independently and objectively fully examine the issue. As for the results of any referendum to go to open space, I have no idea how it would turn out. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Actually Joe I have not made a decision ...my point is as informed homeowners we don't have near enough information to make an informed decision at this point In my opinion decisions made without the full examination of the big picture are reckless.
