For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We have a Bradley smoker... We've smoked beef/pork ribs, beef brisket , pork butt, homemade sausage, meatloaf ( yum on sandwiches) , turkey, chicken, chicken and turkey parts ( drumsticks, thighs, breasts) salmon, bluefish, shrimp, eggs, lamb shanks and leg of lamb. I think that covers it. We have fun experimenting and eating. We freeze a lot of the meat/fish and poultry in meal size vacuum bags. I have pulled pork and brisket to get me thru the summer, will do a another batch in the fall to last thru winter. M/R |
