Greenville sounds like it. And the place was right on the Hwy. Where is Hickman's meat? We are always looking for a good place to get meat thought we don't eat too much any more, but when we do we want it to be nice. Sharon |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Sharon I buy all of my beef and pork from Hickman's meat in Rehobeth. In my opinion they have the best meat around a little more expensive but it is prime and the pork is heritage. There is nothing wrong with slow cooking ribs in the oven I am wondering if it is Greenville NC. I have had some great BBQ there. I am not a fan of vinegar based sauces as I prefer one that is sweeter. I make my own rubs but seldom make the sauce anymore. John |
