I am with you regarding the muskrat. I have done goat and I do like it however no one else in the family would eat it even though it is considered healthy to eat.
As to muskrats and other rodents I find it interesting that we will eat some more readily then other such as squirrels and rabbits. John |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I've had goat, reminds me of a stronger lamb, but have never cooked it. A friend makes muskrat pie...have no desire to try it. Swamp rodents just don't appeal to me as a food. M/R |
