I've had goat, reminds me of a stronger lamb, but have never cooked it. A friend makes muskrat pie...have no desire to try it. Swamp rodents just don't appeal to me as a food.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: they all sound delicious however you did leave off goat and of course down here you can get muskrat (which I doubt if I will ever eat)
