So what? Do we have $4.2 million at the end of fiscal 2015-2016 or not? If we do, a double so what. I guess we forgot to call you when we needed the money the last time. I've paid my assessment every year for over 25 years, so I have no idea what you are talking about.. Anyway, who is this "we" and who did "we" call at any time for any money? As far as slush funds go, I personally believe, although it can be done, that there is far less chance of any board taking money from a dedicated reserve fund other than the good old over funded major maintenance and replacement reserve. Pure nonsense. Any four board members can spend money or borrow money from any reserve, and will if they want something bad enough. Heck just take the $350,000 or so profits at the beach club before Aquatics takes it all.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: When was the last time you looked at the Reserve Summary for OPA? Should we elect to eliminate the $1,098.000 so called 5 - year funding plan the major maintenance and replacement reserve's current balance, as of 12/31/14, is $3,914.927 and would not suffer in any way.
