| Actually, the Yacht Club ($5+mil and counting) and the Hobbits Glen clubhouse ($6 mil budgeted and CA, unlike OP, historically meets budget projections) are relatively comparable so its a fair comparison. Yes, CA does have a pile of money but it is manage by real professionals. That quality management, not the greater dollars, really makes the difference. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Charlie, I have no doubt that Columbia offers some terrific facilities. OPA could as well if, as in Columbia, money was no object.  As for GM comparisons, I cannot say.
