For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Most Blessed Sacrament in Philadelphia was at one time I believe the largest grammar school in the state and maybe even the country. I didn't go there but my wife did and she recalls classes having upwards of 100 kids EACH and there were three or four classes for each grade. The nuns that taught those classes could have been instructors in the Navy Seal school! Sister Mary Elephant had no problem when she subbed for Sister Rosetta Stone |
