Hi Dan. Hope all is well down there in Florida.
I'm wondering if you can confirm or clarify my memory of the Golf Governors back around 2004 or even earlier. My recollection is that it was board policy to accept the elected Golf Governors as the OPA golf advisory group and to appoint a board liaison to that group. This went on until around 2007 when Dave Stevens pushed to have non governors on an advisory committee. Marty Clarke says that was never the case. What is your recollection? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "The board of directors recognized the Golf Governors as the OPA Golf Advisory Committee for many years. Perhaps Marty forgot this" I forgot nothing. Please direct me to the minutes or properly endorsed resolution where "the board of directors recognized the Golf Governors as the OPA Golf Advisory Committee". Never happened to my knowledge.
