For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The problem is that maybe 50 present are rental properties The last estimate I saw, put together by a OPA committee and asking local realtors, there are about 1000 homes rented. Assuming you mean percent and not present, are you suggesting there are over 4000 homes rented out in Ocean Pines? |
