I attended the meeting yesterday as well and agree that Mr. Janasek's comments were spot on and were presented in a professional and courteous manner.  I am interested in determining if his comments resonated with the board or if they were just dismissed as "white noise".  I plan to attend the budget meeting tomorrow but unfortunately can only stay until 10:00 as I have an appointment on the "other side of the bridge" at 1:00 that I must attend.  I hope a large number of OPA members attend the budget meeting and that the issue of the food truck is brought up before I need to leave, however I will watch the video regardless.

I also made a public comment at the meeting to request a copy of the Reserve Study for review and sensed some initial reluctance to provide the information.  The response was that the document was still in some level of "draft" form, at which time I requested to have them provide me with a copy as soon as the document is finalized.  I have also followed up with an e-mail to the board to ask when they expect to have the final version ready and am awaiting a response.
