Joe, the budget is not made available as proposed, only as approved.
As far as I know, only the board an the budget and finance committee get to see the budget as proposed by the GM. I am not sure if this is a board or GM decision. As a member of the B&F committee we get the proposed budget and spend 3 days in January reviewing it with the GM and department Managers, with most of the board in attendance. The B&F committee makes written recommendations to the board, which either accepts or ignores as they see fit. Advise me if you have any questions Regards.......................John |
