Mr. Herrick was present for the Board vote on the budget he choose to abstain from voting along with Jack Collins.
They should have just voted NO. Abstaining is nonsense outside of some conflict of interest issue.. Too bad there were not four NO votes to the Terry budget. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No need to look it up. Takes more than lots of discussion on the Forum. Need to talk to the folks who have votes on the budget. Folks like Tom Herrick who is on the Board. Although Mr. Herrick was present for the Board vote on the budget he choose to abstain from voting along with Jack Collins. |
