| It called for a NO vote but two no votes wouldn't have done it. I suspect that they did not want to throw the baby out with the bath water knowing that they couldn't make a difference and there has to be a budget. Sometimes it's just better to make a statement. Vote NO. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No need to look it up. Takes more than lots of discussion on the Forum. Need to talk to the folks who have votes on the budget. Folks like Tom Herrick who is on the Board. Although Mr. Herrick was present for the Board vote on the budget he choose to abstain from voting along with Jack Collins. |
