The non-member can buy a parking day pass for a specific day, not a regular season parking pass.
It looks to me that anyone can buy parking passes since anyone can purchase the following memberships. Am I wrong? • An annual Beach Club parking pass is $175. (This price includes 4 pool cards valid at the Beach Club pool only.) |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It was ONLY about the Beach Club parking, and as I recall it was because the Beach Club is not on property that is contiguous to Ocean Pines. I believe you may be correct, but I don't have all the details. They decided to open the parking pass purchases to those who are not property owners ONLY after all the owners had plenty of time to get down to OP and pay for their passes, which makes good sense and would satisfy what the IRS wanted. That kept us from being completely PRIVATE. Your recollection may not be correct in that regard. The non-member can buy a parking day pass for a specific day, not a regular season parking pass. |
