Given the recent exposure (last year) that the pool passes are perhaps more valuable than the parking, the entire IRS tax payment and IRS issue related to the parking income could perhaps have been avoided simply by allocation of the income to both parking and pools all along.
One thing is very obvious -- this notion that "parking" alone is producing a big profit is not correct. Those four unlimited pool passes are worth more than OPA collects for the "parking." |
