Hi Sharon,

I do not believe the $175 seasonal parking permit is available to non-association members.

If you look on the OPA web site you can bring up the amenity membership application form(s). One form is for Association Members and the other is for Associate Members (non-association members).

The Associate Members form does not offer the beach club parking permit. Only the Association Membership form has the beach club parking permit options.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:
The non-member can buy a parking day pass for a specific day, not a regular season parking pass.

It looks to me that anyone can buy parking passes since anyone can purchase the following memberships. Am I wrong?

• An annual Beach Club parking pass is $175. (This price includes 4 pool cards valid at the Beach Club pool only.)
• A Beach Club parking pass with a full membership purchase is $75. (This price is only valid with the purchase of an annual swim, tennis, platform tennis, pickleball or golf membership.)
• A Beach Club parking pass with a weekly pool membership purchase is $55. (This price is only valid with the purchase of a weekly pool membership.)
• A daily Beach Club parking pass is $30 for residents and non-residents (Beach Club parking spaces are not guaranteed on any given day; spots are given on a first-come, first-served basis.)
