I would have to disagree. I purchased the beach parking permit every year until recently. I personally never used the pool. The value to my family was the beach access and private parking. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Given the recent exposure (last year) that the pool passes are perhaps more valuable than the parking, the entire IRS tax payment and IRS issue related to the parking income could perhaps have been avoided simply by allocation of the income to both parking and pools all along. One thing is very obvious -- this notion that "parking" alone is producing a big profit is not correct. Those four unlimited pool passes are worth more than OPA collects for the "parking." |
