what am I missing?

Not really sure. If you click on the actual Associate Amenity Membership Application form there is no provision for purchasing a beach club parking permit. I just looked at the form again to confirm that the parking permit was not an option.

Unless we are looking in two different places, I see no opportunity for non-members to purchase a beach club parking permit as an amenity.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:
what am I missing? Looks to me like non-property owner can buy the beach club parking.
