2016-2017 Associate Amenity Membership Application Associate or Non-Property Owner Amenity Membership Application for golf, swim, tennis, platform tennis, pickleball or Beach Club parking The associate memberships are for those who rent in OP. Someone in OC who is not an association member and who does not rent a home in OP from an association member cannot get the parking. Renters have more or less the same rights as association members when it comes to amenities, but I'm not sure about the parking. How would this person in OC qualify as an associate member? Could it be the person gave incorrect info about renting in OP to scam the system? |
