I know someone who has a rental up in oc and bought the cheapest opa package as a non member to then get the beach parking and swim pass package and used it as a perk for their rental in OC. This person is not an OP owner.
Well, something has to be incorrect. For starters, the four unlimited swim passes ONLY come when purchasing a Parking-only pass for $175. If someone buys some other amenity package, then can pay an extra $75 to get a parking pass for the year. Those do not come with pool passes. So, the person with the pass you reference could have misrepresented being an association ember (perhaps buying through an OPA member) or the sales people made a mistake. I have just obtained this information from the OPA sales folks. The ONLY way to get four unlimited Beach Club pool passes is to purchase the $175 parking-only pass. Outsiders can only purchase daily parking passes for specific days. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I was under the impression that any parking passes available to non-members were the daily passes.
