Hi Sharon,

That is not supposed to be able to happen.

That person either lied or got some OP member to lie.

We used to rent homes with friends. We had our own passes and club memberships. The other families used the other parking pass and pool access cards that the OP home owner provided.

It was all legal.

If we had been allowing outsiders to use the parking lot, we would not have been in trouble with the IRS.
