Well, first off an association member can be someone who does not live in OP. Generally speaking, association members and those renting the homes of association members have the right to pretty much any amenity membership. Those who are not association members and who do not rent a home in OP can purchase amenity memberships at a somewhat higher fee. They cannot obtain any parking at Beach Club, other than by purchasing a daily parking pass for a specific day or days. You described the person you know who lives in OC and does not own property in OP. That individual could not obtain the four unlimited pool passes unless someone at OPA made a mistake or the individual scammed the system in some way. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The associate memberships are for those who rent in OP. Someone in OC who is not an association member and who does not rent a home in OP from an association member cannot get the parking. So OP will sell non member (anyone who does not actually live in op ?) memberships to all amenities except daily or seasonal parking? for a larger fee. They sell pool memberships to anyone outside op, can those people USE the beach pool without the parking? |
