First ...this was not me involved, I heard if from an acquaintance.
however, please explain this that is on the OPA web site under amenities. Just one part. Again , this is not about the parking including swim pass. Does the swim membership for anyone include swimming at the beach pool? Perhaps the beach pool is not retro to OP pools, I don't know. What about the parking only. It appears that outsiders can buy parking only membership (no swim) is can be purchased by folks who do not live or rent in OP. 2016-2017 Associate Amenity Membership Application Associate or Non-Property Owner Amenity Membership Application for golf, swim, tennis, platform tennis, pickleball or Beach Club parking |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Sharon, That is not supposed to be able to happen. That person either lied or got some OP member to lie. We used to rent homes with friends. We had our own passes and club memberships. The other families used the other parking pass and pool access cards that the OP home owner provided. It was all legal. If we had been allowing outsiders to use the parking lot, we would not have been in trouble with the IRS. Nancy |
