For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I know someone who has a rental up in oc and bought the cheapest opa package as a non member to then get the beach parking and swim pass package and used it as a perk for their rental in OC. This person is not an OP owner. Sharon, How this could happen is very confusing since a parking permit for the beach club is not an offered amenity on the non-association amenity application form. |
