For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Since the pools are a major draw to the public, I wonder if the cost for non-residents should be higher than it is. My perspective is that the cost for OP Amenities is too good a deal for outsiders. I could live outside of OP, pay slightly higher charges for amenities and save $921 in assessments. |
